General Recruitment Needs:

We are generally interested in hiring professionals working on contaminated land and related projects. At the moment people with 1-5 years experience are of most interest, probably with a Science degree and an MSc in a relevant subject (e.g., hydrogeology, pollution control) and already working in consultancy. Graduate recruitment is also core to our growth strategy with an annual hiring programme in place.

As a small company we will give preference to people who have the initiative to contact us directly rather than via recruitment agencies. We prefer to spend the fee ££ on the development of our teamrather than incurring an upfront payment to a third party service provider.

Whilst we expect focus and commitment from our staff at work, we of course fully recognise and actively promote the importance of getting the balance between work and home life right. Our location offers an exceptional environment in which to do this.
